Residential Support

P.E.O.P.L.E., LLC has been providing residential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting since 2008. We are family owned and operated. Our support professionals are experienced and tenured. Some of our staff members have been with us since our first year of operation! They are genuinely caring and trust-worthy people.

Residents have a voice and optimum attention is given to the goals and interests of each individual. Relationships with staff are positive, encouraging, and therapeutic. Our group homes are limited to 4-5 residents and we ensure adequate staffing to meet the needs of each individual. It is our mission to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their highest level of individualized potential, thus living a highly satisfying life.

Our staff members encourage independence through daily living skills. Each resident is encouraged to live in their home as independently as possible, with assistance from staff when and how it is appropriate for the individual. We also provide support for financial, medical, health, behavioral, and safety needs.

Our residential program is known for fabulous annual trips! Additionally, we provide support for recreation, leisure activities, community events, shopping, transportation, and many other opportunities offered in our community.
